Job Overview
As a Parts Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in the procurement and distribution of Agricultural, Lawn Care, and Powersports parts. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to support repair operations for customers and our technicians.
Responsibilities
- Welcome in store customers and lookup the correct parts.
- Establish rapport over the phone with customers and effectively communicate availability of parts.
- Manage orders through an order management system to track inventory levels and deliveries
- Conduct data entry tasks to update inventory records and track part usage
- Coordinate logistics for the transportation of parts within the facility
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supplier management processes
- Conduct routine inventory audits of parts
- Utilize forklifts or other equipment to handle and transport parts safely

This position is customer facing and involved with every aspect of our dealership. Our parts team will interface with our sales, service, and accounting team daily. This is a wonderful place to learn how a dealership works and how your efforts can positively impact everyone around you.
