Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and sourcing parts. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities. The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of parts and materials, supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Duties

  • Customer Support: Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating parts for their motorhomes, travel tarilers, and fifth wheels.
  • Technical Consulting: Use digital catalogs and manufacturer resources to identify correct parts for various makes and models.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and stock incoming shipments. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse.
  • Internal Service Support: Work closely with our Service Department to pull parts for work orders and ensure technicians stay on schedule.
  • Sales: Provide proactive recommendations for accessories and upgrades (solar, lithium batteries, awnings) to enhance the customer’s camping experience.

Qualifications

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn dealership management software, navigate complex online parts catalogs, and portals.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • The "RV Spirit": Knowledge of the RV lifestyle or personal passion for camping is a huge plus!
