Parts Specialist Jobs in Cincinnati, OH at Smart Appliance Repair
Smart Appliance Repair is seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to manage our appliance parts inventory and warehouse operations.
This is a key position within our company. The ideal candidate has previous experience working for an appliance repair company or parts distributor and understands appliance parts, inventory management, vendor returns, and the importance of getting the right part to the right technician on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming appliance parts shipments
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Check inventory into our inventory management system
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Stage and distribute parts for technicians
- Process warranty returns, core returns, and vendor returns
- Package and ship returned parts to vendors
- Coordinate return authorizations with vendors
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist technicians with locating parts and resolving inventory issues
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working for an appliance repair company is required
- Experience handling appliance parts and inventory
- Knowledge of appliance manufacturers and replacement parts
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attendance and reliability

- Reliable Parts
- Dey Distributing
- Appliance parts lookups
- Warranty and core return processing
- Inventory management systems
- Barcode or QR code inventory systems
