Create hose work orders from HAB / order requests
Auditing / fixing hose service definitions
Sourcing and ordering parts required for hose builds
Inventory auditing and control for the hose room
Provide backup hose assembly support when required
Process cash sale credits for customer orders if / when required
General house keeping and other parts related duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and parts ordering experience
Team orientated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy
Experience working with Lawson, SIS/HIS will be considered assets
Previous work experience assembling hydraulic hoses will be considered an asset
Note:
This is a Monday to Friday role based out of our D50 location in Edmonton
Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
