Job Summary:
Our heavy duty repair shop located between Sylvan and Bentley is looking to hire a parts/service advisor. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess mechanical knowledge to assist customers on the phone and assist getting parts for the shop.
Duties:
– Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
– Utilize mechanical knowledge to recommend suitable parts for repairs or upgrades
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions
– Create Invoices, record parts purchases
-pick up parts for the shop daily
– Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
Requirements:
– Prior experience in a heavy duty repair environment is preferred
– Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate and recommend parts
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Familiarity with repair processes is a plus
