• Maintain high sanitation standards in all areas
• Store and requisition materials and equipment as needed
• Report breakages and supply use to the Food and Beverage Director
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed at a high standard
Requirements:
• Experience in cleaning and sanitization roles beneficial
• Strong attention to detail in sanitation processes
• Ability to follow established hotel policies
• Capable of reporting equipment issues promptly
• Willingness to collaborate with various departments
