Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in assessing and implementing healthcare plans
• Monitor residents’ health and emotional well-being
• Administer medications as directed by physicians
• Assist with personal care routines and assessments
• Provide training for new staff and supervise PSWs
Requirements:
• Valid nursing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Minimum of two years’ experience, preferably geriatrics
• Strong leadership and emergency management skills
• Ability to adapt within a team dynamic
