We specialize in modern brunch plates with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and we are excited to be expanding into evening service with a selection of Spanish tapas.
Our goal is to create a space where both our guests and our team feel valued, inspired, and proud of the food we serve.
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook who can bring creativity and consistency to our kitchen. Candidates with brunch cooking or Spanish cuisine experience will be given priority. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook brunch and dinner menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality service
Qualifications:
- 2+years of line cook experience (brunch or Spanish cuisine and seafood experience a strong asset)
- Strong understanding of line cook responsibilities, kitchen flow, and ticket management and cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe certification (preferred)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and support the broader team
MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 7AM TO 4PM. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER. YOU MUST HAVE THIS AVAILABILITY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE
This role is perfect for someone who’s fast, organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a clean, high-energy kitchen environment.
Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
