Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily personal assistance to Residents
• Ensure safety and appropriateness of care delivered
• Encourage independence and promote self-care
• Communicate effectively with Residents and families
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Certificate from accredited Health Care Aide program
• Registered with Alberta HCA Directory
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
• Strong time management skills
