• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details
• Introduce loyalty programs and brand channels
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns with an innovative approach
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and energy
• Retail experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Must be at least 16 years of age
