This part-time role focuses on interacting authentically with guests to enhance their shopping experience and promote brand loyalty. You will utilize the AEO Selling Model, provide product education, and help customers with tailored suggestions. Flexibility across various store zones is essential to meet diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers on AE and Aerie products
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to visitors
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Energetic with multitasking abilities
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong integrity adhering to company policies
