In this position, you will report to the Bakery Manager, contributing to the preparation and baking of delightful products while upholding the co-op’s values. The role includes flexible scheduling and requires skill in lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. We value strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items
• Package and display products attractively
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Follow proper ordering and receiving procedures
