This position offers regular part-time hours (3.5 hours daily) within a supportive educational environment, reporting to the Divisional Principal of Curriculum. Ideal candidates will leverage their administrative experience to coordinate physical activity events, support logistics, and ensure alignment with divisional goals related to inclusion and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate divisional physical activity events
• Organize sports league play and tournament schedules
• Manage equipment inventory and event logistics
• Support promotional efforts for student-centered activities
• Communicate clear initiatives across divisional platforms
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or CAEC and 3 years of admin experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
• Excellent organizational abilities under pressure
• Class 5 Drivers License and vehicle for travel
