Part or Full time Cook Jobs in Mission at Captain’s Cabin Pub

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees,
– Follow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
– Coordinate with the waitress team to ensure that all food is prepared and delivered according to schedule
– Assist with menu planning and recipe development
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a cook or chef is preferred, but not required
– Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Note: This position may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Cooking: 1 year (required)

Language:

English (required)

Licence/Certification:

Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
