Become a Parent Coach and Group Facilitator at FSO-SFO on a temporary part-time contract. Support parents through coaching, workshops, and skill-building sessions while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide individual and small-group coaching, helping parents strengthen their skills and address challenges. Your expertise in strengths-based and solution-focused approaches will guide parents in practical parenting strategies and confidently managing stress. You will also facilitate engaging parenting workshops using FSO-developed curricula.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group parent coaching sessions
• Facilitate parenting workshops and group discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and attendance records
• Create engaging environments for shared learning
• Prepare materials and manage room logistics
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Registration in good standing with relevant college
