Responsibilities:
Provide reports to Terminal Manager
Oversee Independent Courier Operations
Oversee 22 routes
Supervise 6 parcel dock employees and operations
Review service KPI’s with IC’s
Analyze driver and route efficiencies
OS&D
Customer Service
Skills include previous courier and dock experience or management an asset, computer applications
Job Requirements:
Previous Courier experience is preferred
Previous Dock experience is preferred
Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail in all areas of work
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
