Painting Crew Member Jobs in Edmonton at CrewStride Labour
We are seeking an addition to our painting team. You will work as part of a crew on various residential and commercial projects throughout the Edmonton/St. Albert and Sherwood Park areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in painting or similar labor roles is considered an asset, but is not required. Full training will be provided for individuals who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping prior to painting or finishing work
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with general labor duties, including material handling, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work 35+ hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)
- Experience with power tools such as drills, sanders, or spray equipment is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions

Pay: $21.00-$32.00 per hour
