Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing services for residential and commercial clients. The Resurfacing Technician will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and completing refinishing projects to restore the appearance of bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
● Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques
● Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are in place during refinishing projects
● Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
● Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences
Requirements:
● Previous experience in painting, surface refinishing or related field (Spraying Experience Preferred)
● Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Good communication and customer service skills
● Valid driver’s license
● Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
