Overview: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting, along with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: – Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes – Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers – Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of the project – Perform touch-ups or repairs as needed – Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: – Proficiency in residential painting techniques – Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members – Carpentry skills for minor repairs or preparation work – Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction – Effective time management to meet project deadlines – Familiarity with power tools used in painting projects – Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints for accurate work execution – Experience in commercial and industrial painting is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for painting and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
