Responsibilities:
– Performing thorough prep-work (washing, scraping, sanding etc.)
– Painting neatly and efficiently
– Politely and professionally interacting with clients
– Respecting client’s property and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:
– Full time availability, May through August
– Capable of moving ladders, paint, and other heavy or awkward objects (with another crew member, when necessary)
– Motivated by achievements: take pride in the quality of your work

– Adaptable team-player with effective communication skills
– Reliable transportation
Compensation:
– Starting rate of $20/hour, depending on experience
– Earn upwards of $26/hour plus bonuses depending on efficiency
– Full training that provides life-long skills and knowledge
