Full job description
Who Are We?Exterior residential house painting company based out of West Side Vancouver. Owned and managed by Destin & Gianni, both recent SFU graduates and lifelong friends.
Why Are We Hiring?To produce more projects for clients on the West Side of Vancouver.
What Are The Requirements?
Capable of communicating to West Side Vancouver.
Comfortable working on ladders at heights of up to 30 feet.
Capable of working in direct sunlight on a hot summers’ day.
What Are The Major Responsibilities And Tasks?
Assisting the crew manager in completing projects.
Meeting with the crew manager at the beginning of each workday to understand the plan to complete the day’s work.
Properly preparing surfaces for coating and applying paint with the correct methods and in the right conditions.
Meeting monthly with the lead hand and project manager for an evaluation of their performance.
Sharing new ideas with the team lead about how to improve efficiency or effectiveness on the job.
Recording hours at the beginning and end of every day.
What Is The Compensation?$20-$30 per hour.
What Is The Schedule?Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, and weekends if needed.
