What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be hands-on in our production lab, helping bring quality cannabis products to market. Day to day, you’ll:
- Weigh, measure, sort, label, and package products with care and precision
- Operate filling and measuring equipment following company SOPs and state regulations
- Track batch counts to keep our quality consistent
- Help with inventory, loading, and unloading of supplies
- Keep the work-space clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Collaborate across departments to hit production goals
This is an active role — expect to be on your feet standing, walking, bending, reaching, and doing repetitive hand movements throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a yearly background check
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
- A team player who communicates clearly and brings good judgment
Nice to have (but not required): experience in product manufacturing, a clean room setting, or food handling.
