Access Flow Products is an innovative, privately owned company that specializes in the distribution, development, and manufacturing of high quality pipe, valves and fittings. We are a national company with locations across the country.
As a new hire you will work within our diverse team. You will be given the tools you need to succeed. We know that we share in your success, therefore, we work to maximize your success. During your first month you will pick order and train in our pressure/temperature calibration room, while you learn about the product and the business. You will collaborate with your team mates to accomplish each day’s goals. As you progress we introduce you to new roles and challenges. We will find you a position in our operation that best suits your ability and supports your success.
Your compensation will grow with your contributions. We support a merit-based pay structure, and we firmly believe in equality of compensation. To keep up with a fast changing world wages are reviewed yearly.

Standard Hours:
– Part time, 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week
– work hours: 8am to 12pm or 12:30pm to 4:30pm (exceptions may be made for the right candidate)
Your compensation and benefits will include:

– $19.00-$21.00/hour
– Yearly reviews and wage reviews
Your goals will be to:
– Learn to calibrate pressure and temperature units, as well as actuate ball and butterfly valves.
– Pick Orders accurately and quickly with a Handheld Scanner
– Cycle count stock and assist in putting away incoming freight
The skills you will need to succeed:
– Willingness to grow and develop your abilities over time
– Reliable attendance, punctual arrival
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Candidates should possess experience in the following:
– Experience in gauges, thermometers and other instrumentation calibration and repair. This is an asset, not required but must be willing to learn.
– Experience in a previous fast paced job, such as retail, manufacturing, or trades
– Experience in a warehouse/distribution situation
– Forklift experience is an asset but not necessary
Minimum Requirements:
– High School Diploma or Equivalent.
– Safety Footwear
– Resume required

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
