Our showroom and office is located off Lansdowne Street E at Ashburnham Drive.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaged, customer service specialist/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, with a keen attention to detail, organization and teamwork while seeking to build relationships with customers in our community. This role involves both administrative and customer service duties as well as ad hoc tasks assigned as needed by the owner to help them stay organized and informed. This is a full-time, in-office position that includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of responsibilities:

· support owner with day-to-day-tasks as assigned

· provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and through email

· identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service

· maintain office organization

· collaborate with cross functional partners

· manage special projects as assigned

Who you are:

· 1-2 years of previous experience working in an administrative assistant or executive assistant capacity

· previous experience in sales an asset

· master problem solver and decision maker

· strong self-awareness and professional maturity

· comfortable with change and can address unplanned needs in the moment

· strong project management skills; one who thinks ahead and anticipates needs

· you’re never satisfied with the status quo and always thinking “how can we do this better?”

· proactive & resourceful approach to your work

· natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet and propose alternative solutions

· excellent organization, time management, ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

· keen attention to detail – with a “right the first time” approach

· flexible – willing to change tasks or duties when needed

Hours: Various, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $20-25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
