Key Responsibilities:
• Check members in and greet walk-in potential members
• Efficiently handle telephone communications
• Assist members with fitness equipment and services
• Maintain cleanliness and handle club operations
• Provide personalized Fit-Fix Starter sessions
Requirements:
• Must hold CPR-A & AED certification
• Strong interpersonal savvy and approachability
• Proven customer focus and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of fitness services and memberships
• Proficient in computer use and communication
