Professional Requirements For Overnight Baker $19-21 per hour start at 12am – 10am
* A minimum of 1 years working experience as a baker or pastry cook, in a similar french bakery setting.
* Must have pastry/baking related certification or education background.
* Must experience use sheeter, & knowledgeable to make viennoiserie bake good.
Physical Qualifications:
* Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays
* Must be able to lift up to 20kg
* Physical ability to stand for long periods of time while working.
Additional Qualifications:
* Able to read, write, speak and understand English
* Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
* Ability to utilize time efficiently, understanding task priorities and being able to multitask
* Work independently
* Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
