During your first 60 days, you’ll receive:
- $25.00 per hour while training and building your pipeline
- $150 incentive for every signed Insurance Restoration Agreement (IRA)
- Eligibility for commission on projects that generate collected funds during training
- Approved fuel reimbursement for business-related canvassing
- Weekly coaching and pipeline review meetings with management
- Hands-on training and support from experienced team members

What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll help homeowners navigate the roofing restoration process from initial inspection through project completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and networking
- Schedule and perform property inspections
- Meet with homeowners and explain findings
- Assist customers through the insurance restoration process
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project
- Track activity and opportunities within company systems
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
After Training
Upon completion of the training period, you’ll transition into our Roofing Sales Project Manager compensation structure featuring:
- Uncapped commission opportunities

Compensation
