Outside Sales Representative – Industrial Service & Compressed Air Ontario (GTA)
Ivys Adsorption Inc. is expanding across Ontario and is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our industrial service and compressed air business. This is a field‑based, service‑led hunting role focused on opening new accounts through proactive outreach and positioning Ivys as a trusted partner for reliability, uptime, and long‑term asset performance.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who is comfortable building relationships from the ground up, leading with preventive maintenance and service expertise, and developing equipment opportunities as a natural extension of those relationships. Experience in compressed air or industrial mechanical systems is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively open new industrial accounts through cold calling, site visits, and targeted outreach
- Lead with preventive maintenance agreements and service solutions
- Develop and close compressed air equipment, service, and PMA opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Conduct site assessments and consultative discussions with maintenance and operations teams
- Build long‑term customer relationships through consistent field presence
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of successful B2B field sales experience in an industrial or technical environment
- Proven ability to independently prospect and grow a geographic territory
- Experience selling industrial services or maintenance agreements preferred
- Compressed air or industrial equipment knowledge is a strong asset
- Comfortable engaging maintenance, reliability, and operations stakeholders
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and disciplined in daily sales activity
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ontario
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
- Commission: 8% on equipment and installations, 2% on PMAs
- Vehicle allowance plus gas card
