From prospecting and site visits to proposals and follow-up, you’ll be the go-to resource customers rely on for expertise and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams
  • Represent Horst Systems at industry events and customer meetings

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience (agriculture or related industries preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships, handle objections professionally, and deliver exceptional service
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities, taking initiative, and collaborating with internal teams
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude to assess customer sites, interpret layouts, and follow safety protocols
