Veteran Shield – Storm Restoration | Sales Representative

We’re growing fast and currently hiring 5 motivated Sales Representatives to join our expanding storm restoration team at Veteran Shield in the DFW area.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide training and are open to candidates from backgrounds like car sales, real estate, customer service, hospitality, athletics, and other people-focused industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build relationships with homeowners across the DFW area by generating leads, assisting with insurance restoration projects, and guiding customers through the sales and restoration process from start to finish.
Daily Responsibilities
- Networking in the community (or whichever lead generation works for you! As long as you’re closing deals, you can go about it however you’d like.)
- Call and follow up with potential customers
- Assisting homeowners with starting insurance claims
- Guiding customers throughout the restoration process
- Building strong customer relationships and maintaining communication
- Managing your sales pipeline and follow-ups
You’ll have the flexibility to build business your way while receiving support, tools, and training from the company.
Compensation & Earning PotentialCommission-Only Structure (1099)
- 50/50 commission split on sales
- 50% of commission paid upfront upon signed contract
- Remaining 50% paid after project completion
- Weekly pay
Additional Earnings
- $500/week training pay for your first 2 weeks
- 2% override on any sales reps you bring onto the team
- Promotes from within: Management opportunities with additional 10% earnings from team production
Income Potential
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your production and consistency.
