Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
– Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation, to identify and secure new business opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
– Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales deals
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products or services
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities
Experience:
– Proven experience in field sales or a related role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
