Upnotched Roofing is hiring driven individuals for an Outside Sales Account Manager role focused on high-ticket sales. This is an opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and more control over their schedule—without being stuck behind a desk.

Compensation & Perks

  • $250 per contract signed
  • 5% commission on revenue
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Draw system (get paid as deals enter your pipeline)
  • Performance bonuses + incentive trips
  • Company vehicle OR monthly vehicle reimbursement
  • (Personal vehicle required for first 30 days)
  • W2 option available after 90 days

Lead Flow & Structure

  • 50% self-generated leads (door knocking, social media, networking)
  • 50% company-provided warm leads (from internal call center)
  • Additional earning structure: 10% allocated to company overhead, remaining profit split 50/50

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through:

  • Door-to-door canvassing
  • Social media outreach
  • Working warm leads in targeted neighborhoods
  • Meet with homeowners and present solutions
  • Close high-ticket deals
  • Attend brief team meetings (2x per week)
  • Collaborate with internal teams who handle backend/insurance processes after the sale

Training & Support

We provide a hands-on, personalized onboarding experience designed to help you succeed quickly:

  • In-field coaching and ride-alongs
  • Shadowing experienced reps and leadership

Travel & Events

  • Occasional team meetups and trainings (advance notice provided)
  • Storm-related opportunities (hail/tornado) may arise
  • No hurricane chasing required

What We’re Looking For

  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus (not required)
