Our hard-working and motivated team works on many different homes for a variety of clients doing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. Everyone on our team also learns how to perform some sales roles on the job site. Through their experience, our team undergoes significant growth in their communication skills, team workability, and leadership development, while getting in good exercise and learning how to clean windows/do general home maintenance like a pro.
Requirements:
Full-time access to a vehicle

40+ hour weekly summer commitment
About the Job:
In-depth training process

Adhere to safety procedures
Execute home maintenance services like window, eavestrough cleaning on residential homes in Newmarket.
Outdoor work, working at heights on ladders
Majority hourly labour, minority marketing/ door-to-door
Consistent promotion based on performance
Start/End Date – Late May, 2024 – Late August, 2024
