The Opportunity
People were meant to talk, not type. And when customers have problems, they want answers now – not after waiting on hold during the 40 hours a week businesses are actually open.
We're building digital employees for service businesses that talk to customers and solve problems. The AI customer service market in our verticals (home services, automotive, property management) is a multi-billion dollar opportunity with less than 1% SMB penetration. The next 2-3 years will determine market leaders. We intend to be one of them.
We've raised $1M+ from operators who've built at scale: Jason Warner (Poolside CEO, ex-GitHub CTO), Lorrie Norrington (ex-eBay President, HubSpot Chair), and LOI VC (Ryan Holmes, HootSuite CEO), among others. We began by bootstrapping and have been generating revenue since day one.
Overview
You'll own outbound for an assigned set of verticals and drive qualified pipeline into our sales process. You'll work directly with our co-founder leading GTM, with real ownership over how you hunt and what you qualify.
This is a 100% outbound role. There is no inbound queue. You're hunting, pre-qualifying, and booking demos.
What You'll Work On
- Execute omni-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) against a target list
- Pre-qualify prospects and book demos that convert
- Own your vertical(s) end-to-end: research, outreach, follow-up, handoff
- Log activity and pipeline in our CRM (Attio) so we can iterate on what's working
- Partner with the founders on messaging, targeting, and channel mix
Who You Are
- You're a hunter. You don't wait for someone to hand you a target list.
- You love talking to people and solving their problems.
- Challenger or consultative – you can read the room and adapt.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Organized enough to run your own pipeline.
Skills
- Demonstrated sales results (any flavour – SaaS, door-to-door, anything where you can point to "I was top of my cohort")
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable cold calling and executing sequences at scale across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Nice to Have
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio)
- Familiarity with home services, automotive, or property management verticals
