The Role
Primary accountability for creating and executing strategy to penetrate the local market Lead and generate personal sales pipeline that supports the achievement of local revenue growth goals with a primary focus on attaining new clients Meet or exceed minimum sales goals as established by WTW Serve as a door-opener, bringing in H&B Teams to close the sale while acting as sales expert to the delivery team
• Raise awareness of WTW capabilities in the marketplace through social media marketing and various other profile building venues (WTW prospect sessions, client events) Lead contributions to the local sales pipeline and ensure timely entry into WTW sales tracking systems
