Our client, known for its longevity and low turnover, seeks an HR & Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll for a multi-union environment. Your primary duties will encompass processing payroll, handling employee inquiries, and supporting recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in organization and demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for diverse employee groups

• Conduct tax and union remittance processes accurately

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks

• Respond to employee questions on benefits and compliance

• Assist with the recruitment life cycle and interviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience required

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources

• PCP certification beneficial but not mandatory

• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
