Qualifications
-Kind, happy, enthusiastic, team player personality
-Clean, neat, professional appearance
-Great customer service skills and a passion for working with people
-Understanding of orthodontic and dental procedures. Previous experience working with dental insurance plans, billing and dental front office duties is a must
-Ability to post charges and payments
-Ability to set up accounts and new charts
-Resolve any billing questions in a friendly and polite manner
-Comfortable presenting tx plans and financial arrangements
-Answer phones in a polite and timely manner. Greet patients in a friendly and hospitable way
-Organized and detail oriented
-Excellent communication and computer skills
-Strong work ethic
