This 8-month contract position focuses on leading change management activities for a major Canadian airline. Your expertise will drive the adoption of the new Vendor Management System, aligning communication and training across multiple teams. This role allows you to shine as the internal OCM lead, collaborating effectively with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement change and training strategies

• Maintain consistent messaging and execution with partners

• Measure and enhance stakeholder engagement and readiness

• Assist in readiness and stabilize post-launch processes

Requirements:

• 5 years in change management for enterprise tech

• Direct experience with Vendor Management Systems

• Strong coordination skills with external teams

• Experience with diverse stakeholder engagement

• Relevant education and certifications are a plus
