A Change Specialist for this project should have expertise in developing Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy, Communications & Engagement Plan, Stakeholder and Change Impact Assessment, and Training Needs Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development of deliverables such as OCM Strategy, Communications Plan, Stakeholder Assessment, Change Impact and Training Needs Assessment
• Prior experience (2-4 years) of delivering OCM on large-scale business transformation/technology adoption projects
• Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts and risks
• Mastery in MS Power Point, Word and Excel
• Strong communications planning skills with a good command on language
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, functional and technical leads, and other project stakeholders
• Ability to prepare status updates and report progress
• Willingness to adopt leading practices and adapt to project requirement
