Overview
Our client in Ontario, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Entry Specialist to join their onsite team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, supporting internal departments, and ensuring timely and precise data entry within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Review purchase orders for completeness and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, customer service) to ensure smooth order flow
- Maintain updated records in ERP/CRM systems
- Assist with order tracking, status updates, and general administrative support
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Pay: $23 per hour
