Westform Metals is a family-run, metal roll-forming facility with nearly 50 years’ experience in the sheet metal fabrication business.
We are currently looking for a full-time Inside Sales/Order Entry Clerk to join our talented sales team in Chilliwack, BC. This position has a wage range of$22.00 – $26.00 per hourdependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls.
Respond to email queries from customers.
Enter orders and quotes.
Submit work orders to production.
Liaise between production and customers on orders.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Proficient typing skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (we are not transit accessible).
Fluent in English.
Preference will be given to those with:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Availability to work overtime when needed.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift
