Job Description

Duties:
– Greet customers.
– Taking orders from phone calls, emails, and walk in customers.
– Customer care tasks such as answering and following up with customers’ questions.
– Misc. administration duties such as sending mails by couriers, pack parcels, bookkeeping, and others.

Qualifications:
– With some administrative experience
-Strong communication skills.
-Excellence in MS office.
-Willing to learn and fast learner.
-Able to work independently and with a team.
-Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible.
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Mandarin would be an asset.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
