Required Skills and Experience
** 7-10+ years of experience in the Canadian Payroll space, with strong knowledge of Canadian legislation and union and non-union team members.
* Experience as a Payroll lead for at least 3 full life-cycle implementations of oracle HCM Cloud fusion.
* 5-10 years of experience in leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll (including planning, configuration, and go-live).
* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud suite and other Oracle ERP Cloud Products (i.e., Financials).
* Experience leading workshops, mentoring others and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
* Excellent
communication
and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple,
dynamic
priorities and deliverables. Nice to Have Skills and Experience
* Experience working in public sector or with a Canadian/Ontario school board.
Job Description
* Insight Global is looking for a qualified Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead to be a part of a Oracle HCM and ERP implementation for a Canadian School board client.
You will
be joining the team of a Global Consulting client in a client-facing, functional role. This opportunity will mean being a part of the planning phase and prep phase, configuration, up until go-live. It is important that this qualified candidate be comfortable leading workshops, leading client sessions and mentoring other more junior team members. This role will require the candidate to be onsite occasionally (25%) as per client needs over the duration of the contract in Durham region.
