We are hiring an Opportunities coordinator for a our Go-To-Market (GTM). This role will report to the Global, Go-To-Market Lead, in a full-time capacity for an 8-month term.

As a team member, you will gain a unique and

dynamic

perspective on how our GTM team acts as the organizational glue between our various regions and departments. Our customers are both internal and external. Internal customers include our colleagues from Sales to Client Services across multiple time zones. While we don’t interact directly with external customers, they see our work through branded assets and research presented by our internal teams.

GTM Team Mission Statement:

We provide resources and support to help our sales teams at Appnovation close more deals. These resources include information, assets, processes, guidance, training, systems, reports, and various sales support services. YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO1) Learn and Immerse Gain a comprehensive understanding of how a digital consultancy operates, including our service offerings and partner ecosystem. Be part of a critical team that supports and facilitates bid support, content creation, and promoting our services to internal customers.

2) Understand the User Experience Understand and empathize how multiple departments use our key presentation and marketing assets in a variety of ways, influencing how you approach your iteration and

innovation

work.

3) Respond, Set Up, and Support Aid in processing and setting up bid opportunities in Salesforce.

Collaborate with GTM team, Sales, and bid teams to gather existing assets and create new ones for pitch or proposal responses. Work with various teams to enhance proposal and presentation responses. Potentially contribute to client-facing projects in different capacities, like content entry, based on project needs and schedules.

4) Research and Generate Insights Researching and summarizing concise documents or presentations on various topics, spanning from client prospecting to emerging technology trends and competitive analyses.

5) Operationalize and Organize . Ensure bid responses and GTM assets conform to Appnovation’s corporate branding standards, formats, and messaging. Always be thinking of ways to streamline processes to do things more efficiently, quickly. Collaborate with the Sales Operations Specialist on Salesforce tasks, including creating contacts, accounts, and other related activities, providing an opportunity to learn and familiarize with the platform.
