This role is in-person, based out of our Burnaby warehouse. Weekend availability is required.

Summary
We are hiring an Operations & Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations, equipment handling, and customer interactions. This is a physically active role suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work and strong customer service.
Reports To: CEO & Supervisor
Requirements
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, has work permit, or person whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Available evenings and weekends
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Forklift certification (asset)

Daily Duties
- Transport equipment to/from warehouse and customers
- Load, unload, and handle heavy outdoor equipment
- Assist with customer instructions and safety guidance
- Support installation and removal of accessories
- Maintain warehouse organization and equipment
- Process and ship orders
Job Details
- Full-time contract with potential for permanent employment
- Priority to WIL-eligible students and authorized workers in Canada
- Pay: $20–$25/hour + portion of installation fees + bonus

Training and certifications can be provided for strong candidates, with deferred payment options.
