Job description:
Busy Bee Gold is a “Certified Master Dry Cleaner”. We are Vancouver’s highest-rated garment care, wedding gown specialists, and master tailors. We are known for being the most reliable and environmentally friendly dry cleaner in Vancouver without sacrificing the quality.
Our growing list of trusted customers includes high-end signature brands like Balenciaga, Burberry, Celine, Christian Dior, Fendi, Hermes, IWC Schaffhausen, Jimmy Choo, Moncler, Miu Miu, Montblanc, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, St. John, Tory Burch LLC, Ted Baker, The Law Courts, Vacheron Constantin, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL).
We are currently looking to find the right candidate to fill the role as our Operations support and Assistant.
In this position, you will:
· Help with the tasks related to the day-to-day operation of the business.
· Organize correspondence and data files related to supplies.
· Follow up on statistical data as required.
·Help with moving supplies.
· Day to day office-related tasks.
· Oversee special projects.
We are seeking individuals who are motivated, energetic, and people-oriented. The successful candidate will be able to “think on their feet” to ensure that all tasks are accomplished effectively.
For this position you should have some of the following skills:
· Ability to multitask.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Team player – you enjoy working with a team and have great interpersonal skills.
· Organized – you’re comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic environment.
· Customer-oriented – you understand that the customer is always first and ready to put it into practice.
· Fast learner – you are patient, willing to ask for help, and take the initiative to learn on your own.
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
· Past customer experience in a retail setting is an asset.
