Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a full-time operations supervisor to support our client’s operations team within a fast- paced environment. Do you have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop productive relationships? Make sound decisions, and work well as part of a high-functioning team?

Key tasks:
· Maintain care and control of labour force
· Develop loyal, empowered, and engaged workforce
· Mentor, coach, and train staff in their job duties and responsibilities
· Delivery performance evaluations
· Responsible for organizational planning, metrics reporting, and monitoring
· Provide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environment
· Work in a collaborative manner with all levels of management
· Ensure productivity/ quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient and safe manner
· Communicate with the customer providing exceptional customer service
· Ensure daily reporting of operations, attendance, and quality requirements are completed

Shift Requirement: Afternoon(Must be able to work Days & Nights)
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a minimum ofthreeyears of supervisory experience in a logistics distribution warehouse
Must be able to pass background check
Must have own reliable transportation
