Operations Manager / Client Care Coordinator – Home Care Jobs in West Vancouver at Royalty Home Health Care Services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client care operations, scheduling, caregiver coordination, and service updates
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners in a professional and caring manner
- Respond to new inquiries and help arrange complimentary home assessments
- Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, performance follow-up, and retention
- Identify operational gaps and help improve systems, documentation, and workflows
- Help grow Royalty Home Care’s presence in North and West Vancouver
- Handle client concerns calmly, respectfully, and solution-focused
- Work closely with the Director/Owner to support business growth and service quality
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, senior care, health care coordination, client care, operations, or a related field
- Strong phone, email, and client communication skills
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a small business environment where hands-on support is needed
- Ability to manage caregivers, client needs, scheduling changes, and urgent issues professionally
- Knowledge of North Shore communities is an asset
- Experience with payroll, billing, scheduling software, or caregiver recruitment is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
