Job Description
Cape Breton Pest Control is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support a team of service technicians across Cape Breton. This role is focused on day-to-day operations,
team leadership, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of pest control technicians
- Lead, train, and support a team
- Provide direction in operations and customer care
- Monitor scheduling and routing
- Assist in revenue growth and expense management
- Visit customers and resolve issues
- Support business development
- Conduct coaching and performance reviews
- Complete reporting as required
- Ensure safety and compliance
Requirements
- Management experience in a service business
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in route-based environment is an asset
- Ability to obtain required licences
- Valid driver’s licence
Pest control experience preferred.
