We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Coordinator to join our management team. This is a full-time position, based out of our Eastern Regional office in St-Laurent, Qc. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and is available immediately.
Main responsibilities include:
- Work with Director of Operations to effectively coordinate Customer Service, Purchasing and Warehousing at our two St-Laurent locations
- Train and support team members on a wide variety of operational topics
- Ability to drill down into processes and provide hands-on support of all relevant activities when required
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues (Sage300, KorberOne WMS, MS Office)
- Aid in identifying and implementing operational improvements and training opportunities
- Foster relationships with local, regional and national staff, promoting collaboration amongst departments
- Work in partnership with quality and regulatory team to ensure operational alignment with quality management system
- Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Experience with an ERP program (knowledge of Sage300 will be an asset)
- Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written English and French communications skills
- Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude (entrepreneurial spirit)
- Valid driver's licence
We offer:
- Competitive salary between $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
